Bangalore : Claiming to be India's first supercentre, FamilyMart opened an outlet at J.P. Nagar on Tuesday. The supercentre by Valdel Group has been designed to be one-stop shopping destination with a supermarket, department store, foodcourt and an entertainment centre - all under one roof.

Spread across 1 lakh sqft., the store layout is only ground plus one level. FamilyMart comprises a department store called Centra, supermarket 'Dailys', entertainment centre for children 'Funzone' and food court.
The mart boasts of other facilities like book store, music shop, studio and salon. One of the main attractions being emphasised by FamilyMart oficials is the extensive parking space offered for shoppers. There's parking space for over 350 cars and 400 two-wheelers.
