MS Ramaiah Group Consolidates business
The Hindu, Bangalore/New Delhi, May 28, 2003
The MS Ramaiah Group consolidated its business interests, John Brown Technologies, AmSoft Information Services and Sun Mart, under a single holding company – the Valdel Group. The new entity will foray into retail and BPO segments with the latter being a contact and transaction processing centre. According to M.J. Shantharaam, Managing Director, Valdel, BPO services would focus on telecom, financial and retail verticals.
