Valdel Retail Private Limited

Having gained sufficient experience in the Engineering Services Sector Valdel Group diversified into the Retail Sector in the year 2003. A new company Valdel Retail Pvt Ltd was incorporated for this purpose. It opened the first outlet in Bangalore under the Brand Name of Family Mart in one the new emerging areas of Bangalore South. Currently the Property is being developed into a Mall which will comprise of Retail Business, Entertainment and Business Hotel.

Supermarkets

Valdel has entered into a franchisee agreement with Nilgiris and currently operates about 6 stores under Brand Name “Nilgiris”

Departmental Stores

Valdel also runs a Departmental store in Bangalore under an arrangement with “The Loot”
